Chef Tamera Mixon, often referred to as Chef Tam has over 15 years of culinary and restaurant operation management experience. Her culinary career began at the famous Brown Hotel, where she developed her skills as a Banquet Chef  catering weddings and room service guest. Her experience includes creating and executing daily fresh menus for guest up to 1,000 people as the Executive Chef at Metro Fresh Café located inside the Atlanta Botanical Gardens. The Executive Chef of TNT Restaurant and Café she acted as owner operator of the 2 restaurants inside the Weymouth Athletic Club. The Executive Chef & Hospitality Manager for  Holy Innocents Episcopal Church  providing catering to both  internal and external church events.

  • Semi-Finalist in Auditions for Hell's Kitchen Tv Show.
  • Trained Under an Olympic Master Chef
  • Trained as a Teppanyaki Chef  Under Rocky Aiko's Best Chefs.
  • Served as a Food Competition Judge & Demonstration Chef for ProStart, Family Career and  Community Leaders of America (FCCLA), The Hospitality Education Foundation of GA (HEFG) and Real Men Cook . 
  • Created Palate Pleasing Dishes for a Variety of  Clients and Guest Including: The Indigo Girls, Aaron Neville, An Irish Consulate and the Falcons Cheerleaders.
